On the top floor of the airport there is a smoking area, a terrace and a VIP Lounge.

Beja Airport, which lies a kilometer away from the city center of Beja, has not been used for flights for a while. As an alternative to Beja Airport, you can opt for Lisbon International Airport, which is approximately 150 kilometers far from the city. Passengers who would like to travel to Beja from Lisbon International Airport can prefer one of the bus and taxi options. Car rental is among the alternatives for traveling to Beja from Lisbon; however, if you do not possess so much information about the routes, you should set off together with a local guide or take a map with you so that you can find your direction easily until Beja. 

Bus and Train

Passengers who land on Lisbon International airport can take the buses which have services for the most part of the day in order to go to Beja. You can also ask about the average fate you need to pay to go to Beja by taxi, and then choose a vehicle that suits your budget and needs. Taxi fares might be a little higher at night, weekends and on holidays in Lisbon. If you will take a taxi on holidays or at weekends, do not forget to ask the taxi driver about the average fare you are going to pay when you arrive at your destination.

Since the distance between Beja and Lisbon is over 150 kilometers, taxi fares increase for this route. If there are different passengers who would like to travel to Beja from Lisbon International Airport, you can propose sharing the taxi and reduce the taxi fare by half.
