Patong, also known as the entertainment capital of Asia, is a world-wide famous place for its active night life and beach parties. If your flight arrives to Phuket International Airport, Patong is located 35 kilometres north to the airport, therefore you can take a limousine taxi to reach Patong within the shortest time. It is possible to arrive Patong by spending around 800 Thai Baht within 40-45 minutes. As you can take a tour in the city center on foot, you can also travel the neighbour areas by using motorcycles and taxis. Furthermore, the minibusses called “Tuk-Tuk” are also a comfortable and economic alternative. One of the most famous beaches of Patong, Paradise Beach is located in the edge of South Patong Bay and it is famous for especially its shining sea and silky sands. There are also cafes and restaurants near this beach. The entrance fee to the beach is only 500 Baht. Moreover, Kalim Beach, reaching to Thavorn Beach Village from Novotel Phuket Resort Patong, is absolutely worth seeing.
