You can also enjoy the sea, sand and sun by going to Banol Beach which is located within the borders of Coron Island. El Nido, located in the north of Palawan Island that is the largest island of the Philippines in terms of surface area, is the sight attracting most visitors in the region. Located 27 kilometers north of Taytay, the entrance gate of Kuyawyaw Falls is one kilometer away from the National Hwy. Cadlao Island, also known as Ubugun Cove or locally called as "mini-Tahiti", is located near El Nido and it is usually one of the favourite destinations for those who are interested in water sports.

You will probably see five different sea turtle species in El Nido and Taytay where limestone cliffs, tropical marine animals and the corals enrich the underwater world. You can also observe 100 different bird species in El Nido as well as you can visit the islands around Bacuit Bay on the southwest coast. Puerto Princesa, which bears the name "shopping paradise" of Palawan, attracts attention with its white sandy beaches, primeval forests and many a great shopping centers. Another interesting attraction to see in Palawan Island is San Vicente and the best period to visit the island is between April and June. The 14-kilometer white-sandy Long Beach in San Vicente, a typical fishing village, is among the must-see places on Palawan Island. You can experience Filipino cuisine at the restaurants on the Long Beach area, where you can easily reach by motorcycle or car. Palawan Island is easily accessible from Manila and other parts of the Philippines.
