About Mariupol
Located in the southeast of Ukraine and on the northern coast of Sea of Azov, the city of Mariupol has a population consisting of approximately 500 thousand people according to the estimations of 2007. Moreover, the majority of the population in Mariupol, the biggest metallurgical center of the country, is comprised of mainly Ukrainians, then Russians, Turks, Tatars, Armenians and Jews.
There are administrative and commercial buildings and a city library together with a municipality building, post office, Lukov Cinema, Mariupol Humanitarian University, Pryazovskyi State Technical University in the center of the city. Besides, there are many hotels such as Grand Hotel, Spartak, Guest Villa Horosho, Nash Kutochok, Moryak, Chaika, Iris Hotel in the city.
Among the night clubs, Barbaris, Zebra, Coral, Imperial and Egoist are preferred. In addition to these, you can see City Square, Extreme Park, City Garden and many other parks in the city. Plus, summers are temperate, and winters are cold in this city, which has a humid continental climate.
