Private Vehicle

You can also reach the airport by private car or rental car in Sevilla, where you can see traffic at certain times along the Guadalquivir River and in the historical and cultural center of the city. To do this you need to take the Concejal Alberto Jimenez - Becerril Boulevard in the city center along the Guadalquivir River and reach Juventudes Musicales Boulevard. This road will connect you directly to Ronda Urban. If you follow the Ronda Urban route, you will first arrive at Autovia del Sur and then to the airport. The airport hosts four parking areas for VIP parking, long and short term temporary public parking.

Airport Information

Sevilla Airport, along with Granada Airport, is the most important airport in the Andalusian Autonomous Region with an annual number of 4 million passengers. There are also many cafes, restaurants and shops at the airport, which is frequently visited by commercial and touristic purposes. In the stores you can find many different kinds of wines which are among the most important products of Andalusia.

Other local and national products can also be found at airport stores and duty free. Stores selling both FC Sevilla and Real Betis, two teams from Sevilla in La Liga, which is considered the best football league in the world, products are also available at the airport.

Beja Airport, which lies a kilometer away from the city center of Beja, has not been used for flights for a while. As an alternative to Beja Airport, you can opt for Lisbon International Airport, which is approximately 150 kilometers far from the city. Passengers who would like to travel to Beja from Lisbon International Airport can prefer one of the bus and taxi options. Car rental is among the alternatives for traveling to Beja from Lisbon; however, if you do not possess so much information about the routes, you should set off together with a local guide or take a map with you so that you can find your direction easily until Beja. 

Bus and Train

Passengers who land on Lisbon International airport can take the buses which have services for the most part of the day in order to go to Beja. It takes 3 hours on average to travel to Beja from Lisbon by bus. You can go to the bus terminal or train station in the city center by taking the underground from Lisbon International Airport, and then easily switch to trains or buses going towards Beja. With transfers from the train station known as Gare do Oriente or bus terminal called Sete Rios, you can arrive in Beja after a budget-friendly journey. 

Trains going from Lisbon to Beja are a little faster than the buses. It is possible to reach Beja by train in about 2 hours 30 minutes. 

If you would like to spend some time in Lisbon and see the city before going to Beja, you can take the bus 91 from the airport. This bus sets off every 20 minutes and directly goes to the city center of Lisbon. This bus, which can be taken to go to the center of Lisbon, is in service between 07:45 and 20:15. 

Taxi

You can also ask about the average fate you need to pay to go to Beja by taxi, and then choose a vehicle that suits your budget and needs. Taxi fares might be a little higher at night, weekends and on holidays in Lisbon.
