You can reach Salt Lake City International Airport from the city centre by using the taxi and shuttle services. If you prefer a more economical mode of transportation, you can reach the airport by bus or tram. As an alternative, you can also rent a vehicle.

Taxi

You can easily find a taxi in Salt Lake City. If you wish your hotel can also arrange a taxi on your behalf. It takes taxis 15 minutes on average to reach the airport from the city center.

Shuttle Service

There are many shuttle service providers that use a variety of vehicles to transport passenger to and from the airport. Your hotel can help you find a suitable company that provides shuttle services and book your seats in advance. You can find further detailed information on the official website of the airport. The cost of a shuttle service is 25 to 30 dollars for up to two travellers, and an extra 5 dollars is requested for each additional passenger.

Car Rental

You can easily reach the airport within 12 to 15 minutes by choosing one of the many car rental companies located in the city centre. You should follow the Interstate 80 East (I-80 E) or the West 400 South (W 400 S) to reach the airport.

Bus

It is possible to get to the airport in 15 minutes by taking bus route 453 from the city centre. The bus fare is 2.5 dollars. This bus route is only operational during weekdays.  

Tram

You can reach the airport with the Green Line in just half an hour. The ticket costs 2.5 dollars. This line runs every 15 minutes on weekdays between 05:47 and 23:27, every 20 minutes between 06:36 and 23:16 on Saturdays, and every 20 minutes between 06:20 and 22:20 on Sundays.

Airport Information

Located approximately 4 miles from the city centre, Salt Lake City International Airport is a large and busy airport with 3 terminals and 4 runways. It offers domestic and international flights, cargo services, is used by military aircrafts, and is also equipped with an aviation training centre. Other than standard facilities such as a post office, ATMs, Bureau de Change (currency exchange) offices, travellers can take advantage of the 18-hole golf course and the lounge area in the airport. The airport also offers many options for dining and shopping. All passengers in the airport can benefit from the free Wi-Fi.

The airport is located in 17km south of the city center of Cancun, one of the irresistibly beautiful cities in the Caribbean. You can go to the city center from the airport by choosing any of the rental cars, taxis and buses.

Taxi

The taxis in front of Terminal 2 serve the passengers from 7 am to 11:30 pm, while the taxis in front of Terminal 3 provide nonstop service for the airport passengers all day long.

Bus

You can go to the city center by special ADO buses departing every 30-45 minutes from the terminal buildings of Cancun Airport. The ADO buses departing for the first time at 08:20 am departs for the last time at 00:30 in the midnight.

Rent a car

For 24 hours, you can easily rent a car that fits your budget from the National, Europcar, Alamo, Avis, Dollar or Hertz that are located side by side on the ground floor of the airport.
