Airport Information

Ercan Airport is the only active airport in Northern Cyprus (TRNC). The airport usually hosts the flights from Turkey and the UK. There are two car parks as the paid car park and rental car park at Ercan Airport. There are no special service areas like “Lounges” apart from the waiting rooms at the airport. There is one lounge reserved for government officials or their official guests only. Internet access at the airport is free of charge, but it might be relatively slow. Bus

Another way to get to the city center from Stuttgart Airport is by bus. Buses are a very affordable option. Buses take about 20 minutes to get to the city center. The bus terminal at the airport is located on the ground level, by Terminal 4. Buses are readily available once you land, so you can be on your way to the city without waiting. Rail

Trains are another affordable transportation alternative to get to the city. There are two lines that run through the city. The train ride to the city is very enjoyable. Trains are easily accessible from the airport station, providing convenient transportation to the city. The metro is another affordable and fast means of transportation. The metro is accessible from Terminal 1 at the airport. The metro takes about 30 minutes to get to the city. Trains run every 10 minutes during the week and every 30 minutes over the weekend.
