Costa Rica, officially the Republic of Costa Rica, is the second smallest country of Central America after El Salvador. Gallo pinto, which is one of the most famous and delicious dishes in its traditional cuisine, is prepared by mixing beans and fried rice and is usually served for breakfast in the morning.
