Chiang Mai International Airport doesn’t accept buses and tuk-tuks. For this reason, the airport cannot be reached by public transportation.

If you have rented a car for your travel or a transfer vehicle with a driver for getting to the airport from the city center, you can arrive there in about half an hour under normal traffic conditions. Airport Information

Chiang Mai International Airport is the fourth busiest airport in Thailand, with about 6 million passengers each year. You can use the free Wi-Fi network throughout the entire airport. There are more than ten hotels located just 2 km of the airport.
