Airport Information

Changchun Airport, a medium-sized airport, serves with a two-storey single-terminal building. You can find restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centers, books and newspapers selling buffets on different locations on different floors. There are also special services for elderly, sick, handicapped and pregnant passengers at the terminal where the health center, post office, bank branch and ATMs are located.

The city center is only a few kilometers away from Bogorodskoye Airport and reachable in a short amount of time through some different transport options. The quickest method is to take one of the taxis waiting at the terminal exit. If you prefer to use public transport you use a ‘marşrutka’, a type of minibus. This inexpensive journey should take you to the city center in 10-15 minutes, however since the vehicles are quite small it’s not advisable to use them if you are a large group or have a lot of luggage.  There’s no rental car agency in the airport so renting a car isn’t an option to reach the city center, but you can rent one from the car rental agencies in the city once you get there.
