Brindisi is a city in the southern Italian province of Puglia. Brindisi Salento Airport is located around 5km from the city center. It’s even possible to make the journey on foot if you don’t have heavy luggage with you. Alternatively you can take the bus, take a taxi, or rent a car.

Bus

Buses that go to the airport pass through many parts of the city. You can catch the bus from the city center or from the Via Colombo stop next to the central train station if you are travelling by train. You can take a taxi from one of the stops in the city and you reach the airport in a practical and comfortable way. However, it’s recommended to check the identification number on the side of the taxi if you are taking one from the side of the road. You may come across a lower quality of service or be demanded to pay a higher cost among the taxis that pick up passengers from the side of the road.
