Bus lines 32 and 33 provide transportation from the airport to the neighboring areas of Höfles and Thon. If you take bus line 32 to Thon you can transfer to the tram and take the tram to downtown Nuremberg. The night bus N12 provides direct transportation to the Central Railway Station, located in the city center. Bus line N12 operates from 1:28 am to 4:28 am. Bus lines 32 and 33 operate between 5 am and 12:30 am.
Taxis
Since the airport is located in close proximity to the city center, taking a taxi is a great alternative. A taxi from the airport to the city takes about 15 minutes, when there is no traffic. Of course if there is traffic the total trip time can vary. Taxis are easily accessible at the terminal exits. A taxi to the city center costs around 20 Euros.
