Transportation to Beirut City Center from Airport

Beirut Rafic Hariri Intl. Airport

Lebanon's capital city Beirut, once called "Paris of the Middle East", is still one of the most important tourist destinations in the region. Approximately 6 million of visitors coming to Beirut, which cannot turn to its old brilliant days because of the wars it has been suffering in recent years, enter the country from the Beirut Rafic Hariri International Airport named after the former Prime Minister Rafic Hariri who lost his life in an assassination. Taxis are one of the few ways to use for the transportation to the city from the Beirut Rafic Hariri International Airport, which is the only airport of Lebanon.
