Baggage Right and Charges
Copa Airlines allows passengers to bring free hand luggage on both domestic and international flights to Panama. Each passenger is permitted one piece of hand luggage with a maximum weight of 10 kg and dimensions of 55 cm x 35 cm x 25 cm. Additionally, passengers can carry jackets, laptop bags, and small personal items into the cabin at no extra charge.
For checked baggage, the allowances vary by class: Economy Extra passengers can check one bag up to 23 kg, Economy Class passengers can check two bags up to 23 kg each, and Business Class passengers can check two bags up to 32 kg each. Depending on your ticket class, route, and distance, you can purchase additional baggage allowances, ranging from $30 to $175.
