The maximum size for checked baggage, including handles and wheels, is 158 cm. Any baggage exceeding the weight or number limits is subject to additional charges per kilogram, depending on the destination, for flights to Asia (including Oceania), US routes (excluding Saipan), Europe, and Oceania.

These special meals must be requested at least 24 hours before the flight.

The airline also offers a carefully curated selection of wines from Spain, France, Chile, and South Africa, along with a range of alcoholic beverages such as exotic cocktails, whiskey, and vodka. Soft drinks, tea, and coffee are available depending on the ticket class and flight route.
