There is a train station quite close to Sevilla International Airport. By using the free services from the airport, you can reach this station and from here take a train going to Cadiz. There are frequent departure times from this station and the journey takes approximately 2 and a half hours. Buses going to Cadiz don’t leave from the airport but you can take a bus or taxi to the city centre and take a bus going to Cadiz from there. The journey by bus to Cadiz from Sevilla city centre takes around 2 hours. You can get to central Sevilla for 30 euro by taxi or 4 euro by bus.
When planning your journey you shouldn’t forget that taxi fares are higher during the weekends in Spain, and that they charge extra for each of your luggage items. You will also need an internationally recognised drivers licence to rent a car.
