JetBlue, as a budget airline, offers tickets with the most legroom in its category, with standard seat pitch ranging from 81 cm to 83 cm. For long-haul flights, seats with a pitch of 96 cm that can convert into beds are available for purchase with frequent flyer miles, points, or additional fees.

The airline provides complimentary snacks and hot and cold drinks on both domestic and international flights. Meal menus and alcoholic beverages can be purchased from the in-flight menu. Depending on the route and flight time, JetBlue offers breakfast, lunch/dinner, and a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Passengers can easily buy food and drinks from the onboard purchase menu using cash or credit card. Special meal requests for children, infants, vegetarians, vegans, or for religious reasons can be made at least 24 hours before departure by notifying the airline.
